What personal data we collect and why we collect it

We collect data as soon as you submit a form (see below) or go through our checkout process.

Checkout data is stored as soon as you click on the “Buy now” button for the first time.

This data includes your email address and name, physical address, payment information (though no full credit card details), as well as purchased products.

We are required to collect and store full address details to comply with local and European tax regulations.

Contact forms

When you submit a contact or support form on our website, or the feedback form within the plugin, we might store the following information indefinitely:

  • any information given in the form fields, e.g., email address
  • the content of your message
  • when and on which page or website you submitted the form
  • your browser and device

We might combine the information you sent with previous information you submitted via a form, direct email, or when purchasing a product on our website.

Only our staff has access to your contact information.

Cookies

You can browse our website cookie-free as long as you are not logging in or visiting the checkout page.

We use cookies when you add a product to your cart so that you can later come back to the checkout.

Our checkout page uses cookies to allow you to use a credit card on checkout.

Matomo Analytics

Based on our legitimate interests (ie interest in the analysis, optimization, and economic operation of our online offer within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) lit. DSGVO), we use Matomo Analytics. Data is stored locally and not shared with third parties.

When you make a purchase on our website, we are legally bound to keep that data for 10 years.
