What’s with the Priority support option?
We will process your inquiries before those of customers with lower support levels. Our time zone is Central European Time.
Can I test the plugin upfront?
We don’t offer a test version, but we offer refunds within 30 days of the initial purchase. No further conditions or hidden policies.
Can I cancel the subscription and still use the product?
If you cancel your subscription and your license expires, you will no longer have access to new features, bug fixes, and support.
The following features also require a valid license, though they don’t affect displaying image sources in the frontend: the “Unused Images” page; seeing IPTC data in the backend.
Otherwise, you may still use ISC on the site(s) on which you have activated the licenses.
What does a single license cover?
A license key comes with a set number of license activations. Each activation covers one WordPress site (one URL). For example, the Business license includes 5 activations, so you can use the same key on up to 5 sites.
If you run multiple WordPress installations — standalone, in subdirectories of the same domain, or as subsites in a multisite network — each site that uses ISC needs its own license activation.
What about multisites?
The main site needs one activation to receive automatic plugin updates for the entire network. Each additional subsite that uses ISC needs one more activation. If only the main site uses ISC, a single activation is enough, though technical support is still limited to a Business license.
Do I need a license for my staging site?
No. You may activate the license on your staging site and on your live site at the same time. Our licensing framework recognizes staging sites automatically (i. e. domains starting with dev. or ending with .local, etc.) and ensures those activations don’t count toward your limit.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes, no problem. You can always upgrade to a more extensive option and will only pay the difference. Please note that an upgrade does not extend the license period. If you cannot wait for the current license to renew, please reach out.
Can I pay in Euros?
You may switch to our German site—and probably use a translation tool such as Google Translate—to make your purchase and pay in EUR.
How can I pay with Wire Transfer?
For larger packages, you can pay in advance by wire transfer to our bank account. This might take a few days before you can use the product. For more information, please get in touch.
